By submitting your media (videos, photos, links to Instagram posts) to our “get featured” submission form you agree to the following:
You grant Artivive GmbH (ATU71930707), hereinafter referred to as “Artivive” a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use any photos, videos or links to posts submitted in this form, hereinafter referred to as “media” for its marketing and/or in its advertising, including without limitation, on the website gallery, in newsletters, email and other customer communications, and other marketing purposes. Artivive may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your media in its sole discretion.
You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your media, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in it to grant the rights herein, and (iii) Artivive’s use of your submitted media will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.
You hereby release and discharge Artivive from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your media and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Artivive and any person acting on Artivives’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of the media as described above.
Please also note that due to the high number of submissions, Artivive cannot guarantee to feature your submitted project on their channels.
By submitting your digital artwork to our open calls you agree to the following:
Artivive has the right to copy and/or reproduce your artwork and to communicate and/or issue such copies to the public in connection with exhibitions, for advertising the sale of your artwork to potential clients, for educational and public workshops, and for general marketing or promotional purposes, and other related activities, including without limitation the incorporation of images of your artwork within promotional and marketing materials, postcards, catalogs, posters, on exhibition organizsers’ websites, in workshop presentations and on information screens throughout the exhibiting gallery and any media now known or hereafter devised.
